Sorority recruitment is designed to have every rusher see every chapter. Students who choose to rush are under no obligation to join. Sororities/fraternities are looking for members from all academic classes and majors. Through a mutual selection process, you will select your fraternity or sorority and the fraternities/sororities will select their new members.

Selection is the process of obtaining and using job-related information from applicants to assess the suitability of the same for long or short-term positions. Together they constitute the hiring process. Select a key member of the practice to have the initial conversation with the candidate. The two parties would then need to mutually agree that there is a good fit and that advancing to a site visit makes sense.
