Contract positions (and limited pats.) can be posted as internal meaning that only current UCB employees are eligible to apply. However, the criteria for posting a position as internal to the dept. is: There is a shift in assignments The internal recruitment will not result in added headcount Hiring externally would result in a necessary layoff in the department This information can be accessed on the HRWEB. Contract staff will fill in a weekly time sheet for hours or days worked which will be signed by their supervisor or manager. As all contract staff are paid on a weekly basis, TED Recruitment also sends its clients invoices on a weekly basis - one invoice for one time sheet.

Recruitment is the process of finding the MAYBE joiners, making them a friend, introducing them to others in the chapter, introducing them to a fraternity, asking them to join a fraternity. We go to them; they do not come to us. Recruitment is an important component of population dynamics. It plays an essential role in the life history of marine organisms, because the survival of juveniles is linked to adult populations. Recruitment is not normally conducted. If the budgetary provision (FTE) follows the employee to the new assignment, then recruitment is automatically waived (see PPSM 20.B.2).

Recruitment is a mutual selection process. After Friday’s events potential members rank their preferences and the sororities submit invitation lists. Recruitment is a challenging job, a holistic process and I've honed my skills in every aspect of it. Every time a person has been recruited, I feel as if I've got a job myself! Recruitment is a week-long event in which potential members can visit the individual fraternity chapters and decide if they wish to join the Greek community. Fraternity chapters typically host three events a day during Recruitment Week: lunch, dinner, and a nightly activity at which food will also be served.
