Employers that frequently use their networks as a referral base often find that the network no longer responds to requests and would-be job seekers get tired of constantly being sent miss matched career opportunities.

According to the researchers, Ghana spent $70 million training health professionals who then left to work in the United Kingdom. In comparison, the United Kingdom saved about 65 million pounds, or about $130 million, in training health care costs between 1998 and 2002 by recruiting Ghanaian doctors, the authors write, adding that the country’s contribution to service provision is estimated at around 39 million pounds, or $80 million, annually. According to the report 1 out of 3 children in Europe will be born Muslim by 2025. This is scary because Europe is already facing violent riots anytime Muslims feel their faith has been offended.

Recruitment is not the profession for everyone, and that’s ok. What isn’t OK is letting yourself down, letting your agency down, and letting the industry standard down, by staying when you know its not right for you. Recruitment is a common and relevant issue in clinical trials.
